Returns Policy

 

All customers will be offered a 14-day returns policy after the product has been shipped from our warehouse. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your return item must:
  • be returned within 14 days of the item(s) being shipped from our warehouse.
  • be unworn and returned in its original condition (as sold).
  • have all tags and plastic protective stickers attached to the product.
  • include all original packaging.
  • have proof of purchase (Order number or receipt, and name).
Any item(s) returned back to the warehouse for the purpose of a refund or exchange and fails to meet all of the above criteria upon inspection, your item will be sent back to you immediately.

How to return your item(s):

  • Firstly, please email the 96th Street team at info@96thstreet.com.au with your full name, order number and state the reason for your exchange or refund.
  • You will then be sent an official returns form for you to complete.
  • We will then advise you to return your item(s) with the official returns form to the address that will be provided to you.
  • You will be notified by email when we have received your returned item and whether your request of a refund or exchange has been approved or rejected upon inspection.

 

Exchanges and Refunds Policy

 

  • 96th Street does not allow for refunds in the event of a customer having a change of mind purchase, only exchanges will be offered.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for SALE items.
  • Exchanges, refunds or repairs will be offered to all customers if the product that is received is defective, faulty or damaged (as deemed by our team upon inspection).

96th Street will exchange or refund the full value of your item(s) within 10 -14 days of receiving the returned product. Both original and return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You will receive an email notifying you when the transaction is completed.

You will also be notified by email when an exchanged item has been shipped back to your location. 96th Street will send the exchanged product free of shipping and handling fees to you within 10-14 days (may vary slightly depending on location).

96th Street is not responsible for any shipping and handling fees on domestic or international returns. All costs and fees related to returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty. Please use a trackable posting service for your returned package as 96th Street cannot be held liable for any lost packages.

Please Note:

  • Do not return an item without being advised to and without an official returns form, as it cannot be attributed to you.
  • Allow 14-days for refunds to be processed and received. If you haven’t received your refund after that time, please email us at info@96thstreet.com.au and our team will guide you through the correct process to ensure you receive your refund.
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
  • If you are shipping a returned item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
